Walk-ins are always welcome and will try our best to accommodate, but we highly recommend making an appointment to make sure we can fit your specific time request … especially if you are bringing a friend or two and prefer to sit together
All appointment services of $50 or more requires a major credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card only.
Gratuities in cash are greatly appreciated.
3 Day Polish Guarantee – If your polish chips within 3 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have your polish redone at no cost to you. All we ask is that you call and do the polish change during the 3 day period.
Please be courteous of others and arrive on time. In the event that you cannot, please call in advance. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointed slot may be given to another client and will be considered a no show. Or your service may be shortened if you’re appointed slot has not been taken.
We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours and appointments that required a credit card will be charged 50% of your reserved services. No shows will be charged the full service. Repeat offenders will require a credit card hold for any future appointment services.
We take your health very seriously. We follow what is required by the State of California and Board of Cosmetology. We clean and sanitize all tools and equipment after each client and are kept in hospital grade sanitary pouches to avoid any contamination of any kind. We do NOT use whirlpool spa chairs to reduce any possibility of spreading any dangerous bacterial agents. We sanitize all our pedicure glass bowls after each and every client and take pride in our custom made pedicure chairs. We want you to feel safe and secure so you may enjoy your treatments without any worries or fears. We also do not “double dip” in our parafin wax treatments or in our waxing services.
If you are taking advantage of any of our Early Bird Specials, just mention it’s the EB special when making the appointment for discount to be applied. All our specials can not be combined with any other discount or coupon and are not valid on Holidays or Special Occasions. If you have a coupon to use, please present coupon at check in to take advantage of this benefit. Only printed coupons at hand will be accepted.
Lost and Found:
We are not responsible for any items left behind at Tiptoes. Any items left after 7 days will be donated to a local charity.
Tiptoes is not responsible for any personal property that may get damaged or lost during your visit.
